Beaphar Toothbrush/Paste

The Beaphar Toothbrush and Toothpaste Kit protects, prevents and cleans teeth of cats and dogs of all sizes. Beaphar Toothpaste is fluoride-free with a tasty liver flavour and two active enzymes (protease and glucose oxidase). Protease destroys the protein structure of plaque before it binds with calcium to become tartar. Glucose oxidase transforms glucose into harmless gluconic acid. This process produces a small amount of hydrogen peroxide which is an antibacterial and will kill dental bacteria. In addition, zinc and sodium tripolyphosphate are added to bind with calcium and prevent plaque from turning to tartar. Beaphar Toothbrush is a two-ended brush, with a handy soft grip that is specially designed to suit the shape of a cat or dog’s teeth. It has different length bristles to ensure even hard to reach areas are kept clean and healthy. Regular brushing of your pet’s teeth will prevent plaque and tartar formation.
