Weight-training is used to exercise the dog’s muscles and can be used for both rehabilitation and wellness training programmes.

When exercising the dog’s hind legs the weight cuff is placed above the hock with the side pockets turning away from the body.

When exercising the front legs the weight cuffs should be placed above carpus.

**Weights not included**

As weights you can use coins. A suitable weight to start with is1g per kilo of your dogs body weight. After a time you can increase the weight to 2g per kilo of the dogs body weight.
