Oase Multiclear Foam Media Sets

Replacement foam media for the Pontec MultiClear 5000 and 8000 Pond Filters. The MultiClear Replacement Foam Set consists of fine, medium and coarse grade foams designed to specially fit into the MultiClear Pond Filters.

It is important to replace filter media when the water flow has slowed through the filter unit due to immovable debris in the foams or when they start to disintegrate after plenty of use.
