Air Pump Details

The air pump in your BiOrb works tirelessly, 24 hours a day, so it will eventually wear out. You may notice increased noise or fewer bubbles, indicating it’s time to replace the air pump. Replacing the pump is straightforwardsimply unplug the old one and plug in the new one. Clear instructions are provided.

If the air pump stops working, replace it promptly to maintain continuous filtration. Keeping a spare air pump ensures you can replace it immediately if needed. If the bubbles have ceased, check the help pages for more information as it may not necessarily be a pump issue.

Transformer Details

BiOrb transformers are highly reliable, but if yours stops working, check if the last bulb you fitted was the correct size; an incorrect bulb can cause the transformer to fail. Replace the bulb before using a new transformer.
