Ponds produce large amounts of organic sludge such as dead vegetation, algae and excess food. This sludge blocks pumps and filters, and chokes ponds.

Use for: Maintaining a clean and healthy pond. Sludge Buster introduces bacteria to the pond that consume sludge and waste which are created through the ponds natural cycles or after a course of treatment to remove algae etc.

Sludge Buster contains cultures of biological organisms which, actively consume dead algae and organic sludge without deoxygenating the pond, this takes the hard work out of keeping your pond clean and healthy. Each 9g sachet contains 8500 million bacteria to consume the pond sludge

Use Sludge Buster whether you have a filter or not

• Use every 2-4 weeks to achieve and maintain low waste levels
• After using effective algae control products (i.e. Pond Balance or Green Away) to consume the dead algae.

1 sachet (9g) treats 2273 litres (500 gals) of pond water. Simply tear open the sachet and place the contents directly into the pond or filter

This product will not harm any species of fish, plants or other pond life and is impossible to overdose
